As discussed in our Nutribullet versus Magic Bullet Comparison, we prefer the Nutribullet because the Nutribullet models outperform the Magic Bullet product line in terms of power and capability.

Nutribullet Models

Nutribullet ModelsThere are three main Nutribullet models to choose from: 600, Pro 900 and the RX. (There are other models on the market but we are focusing on the most popular ones).

In general, most Nutribullet blender reviews have been very positive but there are still some differences between the three blenders that are worth considering before you make your purchase.

Blending Power

The first difference worth considering is each model’s blending power.

Nutribullet 600 uses a 600-watt motor with the strength of .8 horsepower. It can generate 20,000 rotations per minute.

Nutribullet pro 900 uses a 900-watt motor with the strength of 1.2 horsepower. It can generate 25,000 rotations per minute.

Nutribullet RX uses a 1700-watt motor with the strength of 2.3 horsepower. It can generate 30,000 rotations per minute.

All three models can blend, mix, crush and pulverize the toughest ingredients possible but of course a stronger motor can produce faster rotations which can make your drink smoother and finer, faster.

Capacity

The largest of Nutribullet 600’s cups is a 24-ouce cup that makes for 5 NutriBlast servings, perfect for an active individual.

The largest of the Nutribullet Pro 900’s cups is a 32-ounce cup that makes for 7 NutriBlast servings, perfect for an active couple.

And, the largest of the NutriBullet Rx’s cups is a 45-ounce cup that makes for 12 NutriBlast servings, perfect for one active family.

Colors

  • Nutribullet 600 comes in gray, blue green and red
  • Nutribullet Pro 900 comes in sleek copper
  • Nutribullet RX comes in black

Warranty

All three models come with a one-year warranty. (We haven’t had any problems with our Nutribullet blender in over 6 years of use but you can always get an inexpensive appliance warranty on Amazon if you want longer warranty coverage).

Best Nutribullet Blender To Buy ?

We have a detailed review of the best Nutribullet blender models but here is a summary.

Nutribullet 600 has more colors to offer and is the cheapest of the three with its smaller motor. It has a cup capacity of 24ounces and is able to make 5 NutriBlasts(1 Nutriblast = 1 serving of fruit/vegetables) in one run. That may be enough for a single person’s vegetable/fruits for one day. In other words, the 24oz jar will blend down to about a pint glass amount of smoothie.

You can pulverize most ingredients with a 600-watt motor but fibrous vegetables like kale and celery might take a little more time.

Nutribullet Pro 900 offers a more powerful motor to be able to purify harder foods like nuts and fibrous vegetables like kale. It comes with a wide range of jars for different drinks and liquefied food. It has a larger capacity of 32oz which makes enough smoothie to be a meal replacement. It will puree a little better than the 600 model.

Overall, the Nutribullet Pro is our favorite model because of its 32oz capacity and 900watts power which is enough for most people to make personal smoothies.

Nutribullet RX version has the option of soup-making with a built in heater. This provides the convenience of not having to transfer your jar to a microwave for heating.

The RX model has a heating capacity. With a touch of a button on its base, your blended ingredients can be heated right then and there. In seven minutes, your soup is ready.

I must say I’m not Impressed with the (RX Nutribullet) It heats soup In 7 minutes”
I can simply pour out Into a copper pan on the-Stove and heat It up In 3 or 4 minutes.

I thought It would heat up the veggies real quick, like other types of blenders.
I’m surprised…

However the spin power or tork, of the RX Is second to only high-end, over priced
sensational gimmick models. Like the ridiculously over-priced Vita-mix.

Now that’s a joke. The only one who wins with that Is the salesman. (Commission)”

I’ll most likely get the RX. Soon as I find a decent price. There over priced as well.
Thank you.

Hello Jack, we reviewed the Rx in our Nutribullet comparison post and its not our top choice but its powerful and some people really like. I am not a big fan of the autoblend function on the Rx and like to have more control. The new Nutribullet Select is less powerful than the Rx but it’s as strong as the Nutribullet Pro and has more useful controls versus the Rx and the top loading Nutribullet select pitcher is similar to the Rx.

Hi John, Yes it can. I froth milk all the time when I make Keto Coffee with a Nutribullet. For seeds, I pulverize raw flax seed in this video with a Nutribullet 600
