It has a cup capacity of 24ounces and is able to make 5 NutriBlasts(1 Nutriblast = 1 serving of fruit/vegetables) in one run. That may be enough for a single person’s vegetable/fruits for one day. In other words, the 24oz jar will blend down to about a pint glass amount of smoothie.
